Admission form into LSMC can be purchase at the Lagos State Examination Board.
Payment are made into the account of Lagos State Federal Ministry of Education.
Cost of the admission form is N10,000 (Ten thousand Naira only)
Late registration, would attract an additional fee of N15,000 (Fifteen thousand Naira)
LSMC Entry Eligiblity.
Only Primary Six (Pry 6) pupils in all Public and Private Primary Schools are eligible to participate in Screening Test.
Only pupils who are between the age of 10-11 are qaulify to take the Screening Test form.

Paper one and two
Paper One (1) consist of
01. Mathematics – 50 Questions
02. Quantitative Reasoning – 25 Questions
03. Basic Science and Technology – 25 Questions
Paper Two (2) consist of
04. English Studies – 50 Questions
05. Verbal Reasoning – 25 Questions
06. General Paper- 25 Questions
Total number of question is equal to 200 Questions

2. Paper Pencil Test (PPT)
