For a school admin to be able to register a candidates for the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) Internal, using the National Examination Council NECO Offline Registration software, he/she need to create an account.

How to Create an Account for the NECO Offline Registration Software.
To create a NECO Offline Account as an Admin follow the steps below:
Step 1
Launch the NECO Offline Registration Software for 2019 from you Programme Menu or Desktop
Step 2
Type in Your Centre Number and Click on Continue.
How to Register Candidate for the NECO Offline Registration Software.
For an admin to be able to register any candidate, he/she must have completed step 1 – 2, if you have successfully completed step 1-2, then proceed from step 3.
Step 3
Click on the Link Registration.
Step 4
Fill in the required fields and Click on Save Candidate to Continue.
Step 5
Select the candidate desire subjects; enter the cass score and click on Save to Proceed.
Maximum Subject to Select is 9, Minimum is 8.
Step 6.
Upload candidate’s passport.
Ensure that the size of the passport is with the specified limits of 140px by 140, or 70px by 70px.
A status message is displayed Passport Saved Successfully.
Step 7.
Click on Save to Complete the first step on getting registered.
