Applicants should possess the following:
a. West African School Certificate, GCE/NECO O/L, with 5 credits in not
more than two sittings. Subjects should include English Language, Mathematics,
Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

b. Be a qualified nurse duly registered with the Nursing and Midwifery
Council of Nigeria.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
a. Requests for admission form should be directed to the Office of
Assistant Director (Post Basic Nursing Education, School of Post Basic Nursing
Studies), accompanied by evidence of payment of prescribed application fees of N10,000 or its equivalent in Dollars or
Pounds for foreign applicants. (Payable at any branch of Fidelity Bank. A/C Number, 5030047475).

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS
Completed application forms should be submitted on or before 25th May, 2015 while entrance
examination for both programmes is slated for Monday 1st June, 2015 at 8.30am, while oral interview is for 2nd to 4th June at the Hospital
premises.
