ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Be a registered Nurse (RN) with a current license
2. Have at least 3 years post qualification experience preferably

METHOD OF APPLICATIONS:
Application forms arc obtainable from the Post Basic Nurse Anesthetist Programme
on presentation of receipt of payment of non-refundable fee of N5, 000.00.
Completed application forms must be returned to the Co-coordinator of the Post
Basic Nurse Anesthetist Programme, University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Itukul/Ozalla,
Enugu with 2 self addressed and stamped envelopes to reach him on or before 31st
of August. 2015.
