The Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into all the courses in the Full-Time and PDE for 2014/2015 Session.

B. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. The one year Pre-NCE is an intensive Programme aimed at preparing students with lower entry qualifications for transfer into the Full-Time NCE Programme. To transfer to NCE I, the student while in Pre-NCE has to write and pass the 2014/2015 UTME.
Applicants must possess:
(i) SSCE or WASC or GCE ‘O’ Level or NABTEB or TC II, with three credits and two passes including English Language in not more than two sittings. Two of the credits must be in the relevant areas.
2. Candidates for the PDE Programme must possess any of the following qualifications:
(i) A University Degree or Professional qualification in relevant field, or
(ii) An accredited Higher Dipioma HND) in relevant field.
(iii) Federal Government approved certificate in” Secretarial Studies Shorthand/Typewriting at 100/50 w.p.m. together with WASC/GCE ‘O’ Level with at least passes in five subjects including English Language obtained at not more than two sittings.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
(i) Application forms can be obtained in person or by post from the Registrar (Admissions), Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba on payment of two thousand naira (N2.000.00) in Bank Draft in favour of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba.
(ii) Each request should be accompanied with a self addressed envelope measuring (9″ x 10″) or (23cm x 33cm) with N50.00 stamp affixed.
D. CLOSING DATE
Completed Application forms should be returned to the Registrar (Admissions) Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba not later than Friday, 10″‘ October, 2014.
