02. Type in your PTAD Verification Pension Number (14 digits) and click on the green search icon
03. If successful a message will pop up. Pensioner number is valid. One more step to start your I’m Alive Confirmation
04.Enter your 11 digits Bank Account number link to you Pension Account and click on the green search icon
05.If successful, your register pension name and profile picture will load up. click on continue to proceed
06.Click on Capture face and wait for it to finish loading.
07.Capture the Pensioner
08. Liveness check. Read the instruction and do as stated
09. If the instruction is strictly adhere to, next page will display confirmation successful
10.To get your proof of confirmation, print, send via mail, or send via sms.
11. Click on Finish
