Important document to have at hand, If given admission.

STEP A
Online Clearance (to be scan and uploaded) the original copy are for sighting during the physical clearance.

a.    Certificates or Statements of Result O’Level WAEC / NECO / NABTEB
b.    Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age – obtainable from Court
c.    Affidavit of Good Conduct – obtainable from Court
d.    Affidavit of Non-Membership of Secret Cults – obtainable from Court
e.    Local Government Area identification letter.
f.    JAMB Admission letter – obtainable from JAMB website.
g.    Acceptance Letter.
h.    Guarantor’s Letter.
i.    Letter of Recommendation/Attestation Letter- (A letter from parents or reputable person in the society     attesting to candidate’s behaviour and who can be held responsible if the student misbehave)
j.    Passport Photograph with red background.

STEP B
Physical Clearance (After Payment of Acceptance fee)
k.    Copies of Applicant Exam Photo-card and Result.
l.    Photo and Original copy of Acceptance fee receipt.
m.    Copies of Clearance Form (This can only be gotten/printed on successful payment of Acceptance Fee)
n.    Copies of Acknowledgement Card Printed Online if any.
o.    Acceptance form.
p.    WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Scratch Card.

NB:The Acceptance, Guarantors, Recommendation or Attestation Letter can be type and printed out at business centre. To have a sample copy any of them, of which you can edit and print out your self. Make a request by calling, text or sending me an email. cost N200 glo or MTN recharge card
