DIRECT MEMBERSHIP AND MEMBERSHIP BY EXAMINATION
Induction of New Members, December 2016
The next induction of new members has been scheduled
to hold on 1st and 14 December, 2016 at Golden Tulip Hotel, old
Durbar Hotel Road, Amuwo – Odofin, Lagos State, from 9.00a.m.
ELIGIBILITY
The following categories of candidates are invited to
apply for membership.
Membership by
Examination
Candidates who have successfully completed the
Professional membership qualifying examination of the institute who will be
inducted as Associates.
Direct
Membership
Direct membership is available in two grades, namely:
Full Member, and Fellow.
The general requirement is a minimum of a Masters
Degree in any field of Administration; in addition to the following specific
requirements.
Full Member
A minimum of five years experience in administrative functions
not below the position of a Manager or equivalent
Fellow
A minimum of 10 years experience in top administrative
functions, not below the rank of a
General Manager or equivalent in a substantial
organization.
HOW TO APPLY
Membership by Examination Application forms are obtainable
at the Institute’s National Secretariat, as well as at
the Liaison Offices, the Nigerian College of Administration,
and the Approved Teaching Centres
(ATC’s), upon payment of application fee of N 10,000.
Payment is required by direct cash deposit into the bank account of Chartered
Institute of Administration with First Bank (A/C No.2012238864) or Zenith Bank
(A/C No. 1010155991).
Applicant’s name, Student Registration number, and
purpose of payment should be clearly written on the reverse side of the bank
deposit slip before sending it to us for processing.
Direct
Membership
Candidates are required to send a written signed
application for direct membership accompanied with their comprehensive CV detailing
their education and career history, for our assessment. No application fee is charged.
CLOSING DATE
Application Forms or CVs, as appropriate, should be
submitted
by the fastest possible means, including Email, to
reach us not later than the extended closing date of Friday, 14th October, 2016
