Admission into the College of Health Technology, Etinan usually commences around March of each year.
Interested Candidates should obtain registration form, from the State Ministry of Health, Room 592 First floor, Secretariat complex, Uyu
SOHT Etinan General Registration Requirment
I. Non – refundable registration fee of N10,000.00 for indigenes and = N12,000.00 for non-indigenes.
II. Original of each of the following documents:
a. Educational Certificate – FSLC, WASC, SSCE, NECO, GCE
b. Testimonial from schools attended
c. Certificate of Local Government of Origin
d. Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
Any other Educational / Professional Certificate as required by the Department.
iv. Two recent passport photograph
v. Change of name where applicable
In-service candidates should also come along with the following:
a. Letter of First Appointment
b. Letter of Last Promotion
c. Letter of Confirmation of Appointment
d. Letter of Ratification (if applicable)
