2015/2016 PRE-DEGREE SCREENING REQUIREMENT

1. Evidence of payment
   of the acceptance fee.
2. Evidence of 2016
   JAMB Registration and DELSU as First Choice (Original and five photocopies).
3. SSCE/GCE/NECO, etc,
   Statement of Results (Original and five Photocopies) computer printout of
   private candidates SSCE results duly certified by the Principal (Original
   stamped and five photocopies).
4. Letter of reference
   from a reputable Clergyman /Imam/Lawyer/Senior Civil Servant 
5. (Original and Five photocopies)
6. Birth
   Certificate/Sworn Declaration of age (Original and five photocopies).
7. Passport photographs
   with red background (12 copies)
8. All candidates who
   obtained their entry qualifications i.e. WASC, GCE, NECO etc. on or before 2011
   must tender the original of their certificates.
9. The use of affidavit
   in lieu of Statement of Result will not be accepted.
