Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the entrance examination for admission into the School of Nursing in October 2013, for a three (3) year General Nursing Programme leading to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN)
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS FOR UBTH SCHOOL OF NURSING
* Applicants must not be less than 18 years old.
* Applicants must possess the following documents:
[+] WAEC/ GCE (0/Level), NECO with five credits in not more than two sittings. subjects should include English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology.
[+] Applicants must possess SSCE in the relevant subjects at credit levels in the above
[+] Applicants must also possess RM or registered psychiatric nurse certificate.

Application forms should state age, state of origin, local government area, schools attended with qualification obtained and addressed to the Principal.
Candidates are to submit four (4) recent colour passport photographs taken in preceeding 2weeks while returning the completed application form.
Closing Date for submission of completed form – Monday 22nd July, 2013
Examination Date: Saturday 3rd August 2013.
Time: 12 Noon
