General Information on FA Application

There are 28 Schools in the Faith Academy Network spread across virtually every state in Nigeria. Applicants are free to choose any one as preferred school. Click Here to view list of schools.

Nine (11) of the Schools have boarding facilities while twelve (17) are purely Day Schools. Ensure you establish the status of your choice School before submitting your application.

Please note that APPLICANTS THAT WILL NOT BE TEN (10) YEARS OLD BY 31 DECEMBER, NEED NOT APPLY AS SUCH APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED

Application form for admission are purchase online on the EDUCATION COMMISSION, LIVING FAITH CHURCH WORLDWIDE portal https://admission.eclfcww.org/register

After online submission of form, applicants are to print the following documents for their use

• Examination/Admission Slip
• A set of OMR Sheets for practice
• Prototype of acceptable and unacceptable shading for candidates practice.
• A set of Sample Past Questions for practice

2. EVIDENCE OF PAYMENT – Teller or Receipt
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
4. Passport Photograph(2 copies)
5. Last School Result
6. Medical Test Consent Form to be filled by the parents in the school

NB: There shall be oral, written, physical fitness and medical tests.
