NOTICE OF 1ST/COMBINED CONVOCATION CEREMONY (2004/2013)
This is to inform the general public, particularly graduands, parents and guardians that 1st/Combined Convocation Ceremony of Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro has been scheduled to hold from Thursday, 10th Saturday, 12th July, 2014.

Other Important Information for Gradaunds:
I. Hiring of Academic Outfits
Academic outfits are available for hire in the various School Offices upon the presentation of evidence of payment of N2,000 (Two Thousand naira) only. Graduands collecting outfits are to deposit the original of their statement of Results/Certificate (as applicable) with the School Officer.
These would be returned to them on the return of the academic outfits in good conditions not later than Tuesday, 15th July, 2014.
II. Brochure
All graduands are expected to pay the sum of N2,000 (Two Thousand naira) only for brochure (Order of Proceedings).
MODE OF PAYMENT
All payments must be made through bank draft payable to the Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro at the Bursary Department where they will obtain receipts for their payments.
Every graduand will be entitled to two guests; invitation Cards for such guests will be collected along with academic outfit, Brochure and Scroll in the School Offices. Graduands and their guests are expected to take their seats on the convocation Day not later than 9.00a.m.
